Pizza Pizza!

We are very thankful to be a part of a marriage home group. We have made some great friends and we are starting feel like we have a life outside of work. The other day our small group got together to attend a Dave Ramsey's seminar. Before our seminar we got to enjoy some homemade pizza! It was lots of fun making a pizza, cooking it on wood fired pizza oven, then eating it all up.  There's nothing like eating fresh pizza with a great group of friends!

Forever 21

For my 21st birthday, Nick took me to IKEA in Miami. It was a fun little trip! Nick and I loooove IKEA.If you've never been to IKEA it's a warehouse full of all sorts of household items. Anything from sofas to spatulas to flower pots to light blubs! We left just in time to make it back to Fort Pierce for a lovely birthday dinner with Grandpa and Grandma Johnson. We ate at a place called "Out of Bounds". It is a steak house diner with a very fun atmosphere and delicious creme bruele! Thanks everyone for all of my birthday cards and gifts!!!!!

Easter Sunday!

Our Easter consisted of going fishing after church and eating a delicious dinner with Grandpa and Grandma Johnson and their friends. The weather was really nice,warm with a cool breeze, and the time spent was great. 

Mi casa es su casa!

We have been discussing how we would like to move to either a home or another apartment closer to where Nick and I work. Of course, we wanted to look into buying a starter home so we could begin to invest our money instead of renting. But, we weren't sure if we even qualified for a mortgage. We been concentrating possible apartment. Nick and I felt like God was calling us to look for a Realtor and take a step of faith. Well, Nick and I took that step of faith a couple of weeks ago and it turned out that we got pre-approved for a mortgage! God brought to us a great realtor whose wife is a home mortgage consultant and actually specializes in first time home buyers. We have been looking a homes and leaning on God's word for guidance. Nick and I found a great home that has all the things we both want. We call it the Michigan home because it looks like a northern home. It even has a coat closet when you first come in the door.  It has laminate wood floors, a sky light, and a screened in porch. It is a 2/2 and in the master bed room it has a wrap around walk in closet ....along with a smaller closet for Nick ;). It is a beautiful home and we are excited to see if God has this home in mind for us. Right now we have signed the papers and our "Northern" style home is now UNDER CONTRACT!! Praise God with us!!

Hello Love Tour

We got to see Chris Tomlin in concert. It was AmAzInG!! We got invited by our friends from Grace Chruch and got to car pool together to the Cruzan Amphitheatre which is a 19000-seat open-air music venue in West Palm Beach. We had a great time and the weather was perfect. There is nothing like praising God with Chris Tomlin leading the songs and other brothers and sisters singing along!
