It's getting there...

Easter Sunday, we spend some time outside in the beautiful Florida Sunshine. With some birthday money help, we were able to purchase the rest of the materials to complete our front yard renovation (Phase I). While we were shopping for flowers to put in our flower bed we were constantly reminded of God's amazing creations. There were soooo many beautiful flowers to choose from but we decided we would plant Caladiums. So, planting will be next on the to-do- list. Also, while working in our yard and garden, we discovered that our potatoes had grown! :)

A new opportunity...

Nick has been offered a job working for the U.S. Solar Institute. While we are excited for this opportunity, we are also in prayer as we begin to make this big decision. We ask that you will pray with us as we seek God's guidance and His will on our lives.

Little by little, bit by bit

We are at it again, and some new house projects have begun. Nick has completed the fence on the east side of our home (which allows us to enjoy the privacy of our yard). Also, we have decided that our front yard needs some love. After church, we went to Home Depot and began getting what we need to accomplish our mission. Like our home, this will be an on going project but, we are excited for the progress that has been made and look forward to seeing our end result.

What's my age again?

Well another birthday has come and I am officially a year older! The morning of my birthday on my way to work, I saw my name on Artistic Flowers billboard. It was a fun treat to see my name on a sign! Throughout the day, I received a lot of love from everyone through cards, gifts, and calls/texts. One of my favorite cards was a birthday card sent to me by my sister Alexia, that turned into a cardboard birthday cake . It was really cute! Thank you ALL very much for taking the time to wish me a happy birthday. I can truly say that I had a very happy, birthday and look forward to celebrating many more! :)

Tis The Season!

Easter Season that is! In the spirit of Easter, we decided to decorate our bamboo tree with colorful eggs! May this Easter season be a celebration and a joyful reminder of God's love and all that you have been blessed with! Happy Easter! :)
