We have begun container gardening. We have planted cucumbers, bell peppers, cilantro, jalapenos, cherry and roman tomatoes, and zucchini. We brought back with us from Michigan braided onion and red peppers which was displayed. As of right now we go to Nelson's Farmer's Market for our veggie needs. We are hoping that our garden will do well and all we will have to buy is corn, lettuce, and fruits. We have been able to keep our dinner cost low by fishing for our dinner and having some local veggies We figured out that the total cost of our dinner this week was only $5! Coach Vikki has gotten used to asking me," So have you caught your dinner yet?" lol.
