Here's the recipe he followed...
4 Cups of Elderberry Juice
2 Cups of Sugar
3 TBS of Pectin
Squeeze the juice out of 1 medium lemon.
Mix all ingredients together and bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring continuously then remove from heat and immediately fill your jelly jars.
